A Patients' Group holds regular meetings along with practice personnel to discuss ways of improving the quality of services to patients and assisting the practice in communicating news and information to its patients. If you would like to feedback any comments (such as suggestions for areas of improvement or positive feedback on the practice) please email the Patient Group Chairperson and the patient group will aim to respond back to you within two weeks.
A KPG newsletter is published several times a year and can be collected from the waiting room. Newsletters are now also available to view online (see below).
